I solemnly swear that I will be good to Easykind (formerly Cannabate)! (haha little harry potter joke) 

The one rule we’d love to harp on is to be mindful of other patients and attend your scheduled consult. Of course you can reschedule or cancel, just let us know with more then 24 hours to your consult to allow another patient the chance to fill your time-slot.

If not attended and not communicated with 24 hours prior to consult time, you may be required to pay again to rebook another consult. In the interest of transparency, this is due to the fact that we pay for the practitioners time on an hourly basis according to their given availability.

If you ‘ghost’ your consultation with no communication or warning, giving us the required time to replace your time-slot with another patient, we are still required to pay the practitioner for a time-slot where he doesn’t get to see a lovely patient in need. The solution to all this is simple… clear communication 🙂 Just let us know and everything will be fine.

Indemnity 
In this clause, references to Easykind (formerly Cannabate) include its officers, directors, contractors, employees, and agents. Limitation of Liability 
Subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Easykind (formerly Cannabate) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any lost profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the website or inability to use the website.

Access and Use of the Website and Services 
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Easykind (formerly Cannabate) grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the website and services for your personal, non-commercial use. Additionally, Easykind (formerly Cannabate) grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use any mobile application software provided by Easykind (formerly Cannabate) (Mobile App) solely on your handheld mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the website or services. Furthermore, you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the website or services, nor shall you access the website or services to build a similar or competitive service.

Easykind (formerly Cannabate)-Patient Relationship 
By agreeing to our terms of service, you accept the terms of the Easykind (formerly Cannabate)-patient relationship. Easykind (formerly Cannabate) subsidizes the cost of your consultation and makes a margin on medication dispensed through the clinic. This allows us to offer the most affordable access to medical cannabis products in Australia while maintaining exceptional patient care. In situations where it is clinically appropriate, the practitioner may also prescribe other medications. This will be a conversation between you and the practitioner.

Modification 
Easykind (formerly Cannabate) reserves the right, with or without notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time.
