Here’s a detailed look at what you can expect:
Consultations
- Initial Consultation: The initial consultation costs just $29. This fee is paid at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Follow-up and Return Consultations: All follow-up and return consultations are priced at $29 each.
After your consultation
If prescribed by a doctor or nurse practitioner, medication can be dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy in accordance with TGA regulations. Our preferred pharmacy is iHealth Pharmacy.
Shipping
Medication ordered through our preferred pharmacy, iHealth Pharmacy, will be express-delivered for a flat fee of $15.
Alternative pharmacy
Most easykind patients use our preferred pharmacy, but you are always free to use your pharmacy of choice. If you prefer to use an alternative pharmacy, we may charge an administrative fee to cover the additional costs. See T&Cs for more information or give us a call at 1800 052 115.
Medicare
Patients are required to pay 100% of the costs associated with the consultation and treatment.
Card Transaction Fee
Consultations: All consultations have a card transaction fee of 1.5% of the total amount.
iHealth Pharmacy orders: All transactions through our preferred pharmacy, iHealth Pharmacy, have a card transaction fee of 1.2% of the total amount.
