How to book your initial consultation
Start by completing our pre-screening HERE to get an idea of whether we are the right clinic for you. If you want to go ahead, you can book an initial phone consultation with one of our friendly doctors or nurse practitioners. Typically, we’ll call you before the consultation to introduce ourselves and ensure you’re comfortable with the process. However, you’re always welcome to contact us directly with any questions.
What to do before the initial consultation
To secure your consultation, you’ll need to do two things:
- Payment: Please make your $29 payment at least 24 hours before your consultation to confirm your timeslot.
- Patient Intake Form: Complete the patient intake form, which will be emailed to you upon booking.
What to expect during the consultation
You’ll receive a text reminder prior to your consultation. When you get this, make sure your phone’s sound is turned on so you don’t miss the call from your doctor or nurse practitioner! All consultations are conducted over the phone—there is no need for a camera or video chat. It’s just a regular phone call.
Our doctors and nurse practitioners are friendly and compassionate, and they’ll do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible. However, please remember that since this is a medical consultation, there are certain questions they need to ask, similar to a visit with your GP.
Initial consultations typically last between 20 to 30 minutes. The best part? You never have to leave your home, from booking to the consultation itself!
