We recommend speaking with your GP if you’re under 18 and wish to discuss alternative healthcare with a clinician.

Pricing

Our initial consults are $9, and the follow-up consults are $29.

No. Patients are required to pay 100% of the costs associated with the consultation and treatment.

Your consultation must be paid for at least 24 hours before the consultation.

Same-day consultations are still available, but require payment upon booking.

easykind does not offer Afterpay for consultations however, our preferred pharmacy, iHealth Pharmacy offers Afterpay.

How it all works

It’s simple! Start with our 3-question pre-screen to help you decide if easykind is the right alternative healthcare clinic for you.

From there, you can book an initial consultation with one of our friendly and experienced doctors or nurse practitioners.

Before your consultation, we’ll give you a call to introduce ourselves and let you know what to expect.

You’re always welcome to call us directly anytime on 1800 052 115. We’re online 8 am – 6 pm AEDT, Monday – Thursday and Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm AEDT, and we love a chat!

If you’re new to alternative healthcare, our doctors and nurse practitioners often recommend a follow-up consultation after 1 month.

The usual easykind patient has a review consultation after months 1 and 4. After that, they typically see their doctor or nurse practitioner once every 6 months. If you’re a long-term patient, you can expect at least 2 consultations per year.

This may change based on your health needs, budget and personal preferences.

All consultations take place over the phone, wherever you’re most comfortable.

Your initial consultation lasts between 20-30 minutes.

To confirm your consultation, all you need to do is:

  1. Complete your Patient Intake Form.

  2. Make the $9 consultation payment.

Don’t forget, it’s important that your intake form is completed and the appointment is paid for at least 24 hours in advance to avoid auto-cancellation. Both links will be emailed to you upon booking your consult.

The more accurate your intake form is, the smoother your consultation will be. It’s completely confidential and gives your doctor or nurse practitioner the best picture of how they can best help you.

For most patients, no referral is needed. You won’t need a referral letter unless your doctor or nurse practitioner specifically requests a letter of support from your regular practitioner.

Simply take the 3-question pre-screen and, if we’re the right clinic for you, book your consultation.

You can cancel or reschedule your consultation via phone or email [add links to phone and email] 24 hours beforehand.

If we don’t hear from you within this timeframe or you miss your consult, you may need to pay again to rebook.

Yes! Patients receive a digital patient card and supporting documentation.

If prescribed by a doctor or nurse practitioner, medication can be dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy in accordance with TGA regulations. Our preferred pharmacy is iHealth Pharmacy.

Patient portal

After your initial consultation, you will receive an email with an invitation to activate your patient portal account. When you’ve received the activation link, you can access the portal here.

To update your details, please follow these simple steps in your patient portal:

  1. Locate the profile icon in the top right corner.

  2. Hover over the icon, then click the “My profile” option.

  3. This will direct you to your account details, where you can edit your phone number, email, or mailing address.

  4. Update your details and click “Save” to confirm the changes.

Remember to double-check that your address, phone number and email are correct.
